Working with Organisations and Government across all sectors, she has created learning journeys directed to specific organisational and team needs. Cassandra's strength is finding core challenges and team areas needing support, creating learning outcomes to support and embark on new ways of working and thinking.
Matching skill sets is one area, although embarking on a conversation and career succession planning is her key value. Her extensive experience working as an executive, Cassandra has a passion for strategy and building upon performance and process, to elevate production and efficiency.
